It’s been more than five (5) years since the Northeast Pa. Center for Independent Living [NEPACIL] has been your service provider in the Department of Public Welfare’s [DPW] Act 150 and Attendant Care Waiver programs.

            Although you’ve been one of our ‘consumers’ in the CIL program, beginning July 1, 2006 the DPW will allow you CHOICE in selecting your service provider to handle your payroll and Service Coordination/Case Management needs for you.  NEPACIL will be one of the providers that you can choose -- again.
