NEPACIL does not visit consumer homes without a prearranged appointment. NEPACIL staff can be easily identified by their ID badge. We do not visit personal care attendant homes at all unless they live with the consumer.
NEPACIL does not, and will not, release personal identifying information without the prior written authorization from the consumer or consumer employer or personal care attendant.
If anyone visits you and claims to be an NEPACIL employee/staff member, please ask for NEPACIL identification. If they do not have it, obtain their name, and call us, toll free, at 1-800-344-7211.
